The past and the present are also reflected in the grapevines of the Oller del Mas. The new grape vines of merlot, “cabernet” and other varieties live together with earlier indigenous varieties. Some rooted in the fertile soil and accompanied by a unique climate, will be rooted in this breeding ground of extraordinary quality.

The land, now worked at last, is giving back the best: some breeds that will be carefully selected in their peak time of ripeness and acidity; then the grape harvest celebration will begin.
